1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regulate the procedure for providing services by "Volnaja Laznya" sauna center (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider", "We") and their use by clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client", "You").

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

2.1 List of Services

We provide the following services:

• Sauna and bathhouse visits
• Massage services
• Cosmetic procedures
• Relaxation services
• Venue rental for private events
• Additional services according to price list

2.2 Service Conditions

• Services are provided to adults or minors accompanied by parents/guardians
• Some services require advance booking
• Services are provided subject to availability

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking

• Booking is made by phone, through the website, or in person
• Booking is considered confirmed after receiving our confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse booking without explanation

3.2 Payment

• Payment is made in cash or by bank card
• Prices are listed in euros and include VAT
• We reserve the right to change prices with notice on the website

3.3 Cancellation and Refund

• Booking cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before incurs a penalty of 50% of the service cost
• Refunds are made to the bank card within 5-10 business days

4. Conduct Rules

4.1 In Sauna Premises

• Mandatory to shower before visiting the sauna
• Use personal towel or sheet
• Maintain quiet and not disturb other visitors
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises

4.2 Safety

• Sauna visits are at your own risk
• Persons with heart conditions, pregnant women are advised to consult a doctor
• Immediately inform staff of any discomfort
• Children under 16 are admitted only with adult supervision

5. Responsibility

5.1 Our Responsibility

• We ensure safe conditions for service provision
• We are responsible for the quality of services provided
• We are not responsible for damage caused by non-compliance with safety rules

5.2 Your Responsibility

• Compliance with conduct and safety rules
• Security of personal belongings
• Compensation for damage to property caused by your fault
• Timely payment for services

6. Confidentiality

Protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

7. Restrictions

7.1 We reserve the right to:

• Refuse to provide services without explanation
• Require leaving the premises for rule violations
• Change operating hours with notice
• Temporarily suspend services for technical reasons

7.2 Prohibited:

• Photography and videography without permission
• Bringing glass containers
• Using mobile devices in rest areas
• Disturbing other visitors

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, etc.).

9. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes are resolved through negotiations
• If peaceful resolution is impossible, the dispute is subject to consideration in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania
• Applicable law — legislation of the Republic of Lithuania

10. Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms. We notify about changes on our website. Continued use of services after changes are published means your agreement with the new version of the Terms.

These Terms take effect from the moment of publication on the website and remain valid until their amendment or cancellation.
